Coverage FAQs

These are our core operating areas — Manchester, Liverpool, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside, the North West and North Wales. If your building sits just outside one of these areas, get in touch — we’re often able to help with surveys and assessments further afield, even where we don’t run a dedicated location page.

Response times can vary slightly depending on distance from our Liverpool base, but every enquiry is handled with the same priority regardless of location.

Often, yes. EWS1 and FRAEW/PAS 9980 assessments can typically be arranged further afield than a full remediation project, which needs an on-site team and scaffold access. Get in touch and we’ll confirm what’s possible for your building.

Yes. Our SafeContractor, CHAS, ConstructionLine and Cyber Essentials accreditation, and our IOSH-trained site teams, apply to every project regardless of which location it falls under.

Yes — North Wales is one of our core areas. England and Wales run separate building safety funding and regulatory frameworks, and we work within both.

Both. Lenders still widely require an EWS1 form, while government guidance under the Building Safety Act 2022 is moving toward FRAEW/PAS 9980 external wall assessments. We carry out whichever applies to your building and can advise if you’re not sure which one you need.

In England, the Building Safety Fund closed to new applications on 1 September 2025 — eligible buildings over 11 metres now apply through the Cladding Safety Scheme via the Building Remediation Hub. Wales operates separate funding arrangements. We can help establish which route applies to your building, wherever it sits.
