Beyond Manchester and Liverpool, Everclad works right across the North West of England — wherever a building has cladding or external wall issues that need assessing, surveying or remediating.
Not every enquiry comes from a named city — managing agents and freeholders searching for a North West contractor want confirmation of genuine regional reach before they call. This page is that confirmation: real coverage, not a page built to rank on a city name we don’t actually serve.
Our service is the same wherever you’re based in the region: EWS1 assessments, FRAEW/PAS 9980 external wall fire risk surveys, cladding removal and remediation, and guidance on current funding routes — including the Cladding Safety Scheme, which now handles applications for buildings over 11 metres following the Building Safety Fund’s closure to new applicants in September 2025.
Every project is delivered by SafeContractor, CHAS, ConstructionLine and Cyber Essentials-accredited teams with IOSH-trained staff. Tell us where in the North West your building is, and we’ll confirm coverage and next steps.
The full range of envelope services we deliver for clients across the North West.
We offer a comprehensive range of cladding and rendering services, tailored to meet the unique needs of each project. Our solutions prioritise durability, aesthetic appeal, and adherence to industry standards.
Full design and build service for cladding remediation projects, delivered as principal contractor – from surveys and FRAEWs through to design, compliance and on-site delivery.
Broader envelope service supporting remediation and new build schemes – brickwork, roofing and glazing works that complete the wider building envelope to a high standard.
A selection of cladding and rendering projects completed across the North West.
We cover the whole of the North West of England, alongside our core project work in Manchester and Liverpool.
Timelines vary depending on building height, scaffold access and the scope of cladding, insulation and firebreak works required — we’ll confirm a project-specific programme once the initial site survey is complete.
Yes. We hold SafeContractor, CHAS, ConstructionLine and Cyber Essentials accreditation, and our site teams are IOSH-trained on every project.
We work as principal contractor and as a specialist subcontractor, coordinating directly with housing associations, managing agents and main contractors.
Lenders still widely ask for an EWS1 form, but government guidance under the Building Safety Act 2022 is moving toward FRAEW/PAS 9980 external wall assessments. We carry out whichever your lender, insurer or building safety case requires, and can advise if you’re not sure which applies.
The Building Safety Fund closed to new applications on 1 September 2025. Buildings over 11 metres now apply for remediation funding through the Cladding Safety Scheme via the Building Remediation Hub — we can help establish whether your building qualifies.
