The Site would like the carpet replaced in courtroom 1 as they are dilapidated and stained
Engineers will remove the defective carpet tiles and excess adhesive and dispose of them from the
site, approximately 93.73m².
Minor loose or damaged sections of the subfloor within the specified area will be re-fill/repair level
with the existing floor using a rapid set cement.
A layer of self-levelling compound will be applied to the specified floor area to give a clean and level
surface to install the new carpet tiles onto.
A coat of F40 carpet tile adhesive will be applied to the floor area and the new carpet tiles installed
to best match the existing ones.
On completion of these works, engineers will remove all rubbish and leave site clean and tidy
