Site Issue:

The site would like the white render on the ground floor re-decorated as it’s starting to look dilapidated

Scope of Works:

Harvey’s Contracting Group will acquire a pavement license from the local authorities to allow us to
undertake the below-specified works whilst complying with all local regulations. Engineers will
create a safe working area using Chapter 8 road barriers to help segregate and protect members of
the public and staff members.
PASMA trained engineers will erect a mobile aluminium tower, to help them safely access the front
façade to carry out the below works and inspections specified within this quote. The mobile tower
will to be set up on level, firm/solid ground and tied into the building if possible.
Decorators to scrape back the specified affected render of loose/flaking paint and minor damaged
sections of plaster over an area of approximately 90m².
Once back to a sound surface, decorators will infill any minor dips and damaged areas with an
appropriate filler flush with the existing surface.
Once the filler has dried, it will be rubbed down to leave a flat level surface. Decorators will then
apply 2No. coats of white masonry paint to best match the existing finish approximately 90m².
We have also allowed for the black plinth that runs along the bottom of the side and front wall to be
re-painted, approximately 15sqm
