Halifax Chelmsford – Replace flooring

Our engineers will remove the defective vinyl flooring and excess adhesive and dispose of them from
the site, approximately 22m².
They will remove the minor loose/damaged sections within the subfloor and dispose of it from the
site. Our engineers will then infill the removed sections using a rapid repair cement, ensuring a
smooth, level finish with the existing surface.
Please note: If upon closer inspection the subfloor requires further repairs other than the infilling of
minor loose/damaged sections as specified within this estimate, then a separate quote for the
required repairs will be provided.
Once the rapid repair cement has fully cured, our engineers will apply a layer of self-levelling
compound to the floor area to give a clean and level surface to install the new vinyl flooring onto.
Once the self-levelling compound has fully cured, our engineers will apply a coat of F46 vinyl
flooring adhesive to the floor area and install the new vinyl flooring to best match the existing ones.
When the works are complete, our engineers will clear away the rubbish and leave the site clean and
tidy.
