The external metal fire exit staircase becomes slippery when wet; the site would like antislip
treads installed
Engineers will clean the metal staircase to remove any possible contaminants that could affect the
adhesion of the anti-slip treads
We will then apply a contact adhesive mastic to the back of the anti-slip treads and install them on
the staircase
We have allowed within this quote for the installation of
50No. 255mm x 900mm stair treads
5No. 1010mm x 940mm platforms
On completion of these works, engineers will remove all rubbish and leave site clean and tidy
